Ice Cream

Does your ice cream contain animal based gelatine?

No, they do not.

Are your ice creams suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

We do not use eggs in most of our ice cream, but some of our ice cream contain dairy. Do refer to the individual description of each product for more details.

Flavours that are certified healthier choice or under the sorbet category do not contain any eggs or dairy.

Customisation for dairy free ice cream is available on our store. Please email sales@scoopz.com.sg to customise.

How is my ice cream packed for delivery?

Ice cream will be packed in either a Scoopz cooler bag or foam box depending on the quantity.

Additional dry ice and foam box is available for purchase while checking-out.

How do I store the ice cream?

Please store all ice cream in a freezer(-18°C).

How long can I keep the ice cream for?

Our ice cream can be kept best before 2 months, on condition assuming that product is store correctly in a freezer(-18°C).

Do your cookies contain animal-based gelatine?

No, they do not.

Are your cookies suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

The following cookies do not contain eggs or dairy:
1. Ah Ma Almond
2. Low Sugar Almond

How do I store the cookies?

Please store all cookies in room temperature, without direct sunlight.

How long can I keep the cookies for?

There is an expiration date labelled under the cookie bottle. Please refer to the label.

Delivery

When do you deliver?

Deliveries are fulfilled from Tuesdays to Sunday, excluding Thursdays, Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

The minimum order required for delivery would be $30, with a delivery charge of $8.

Free delivery is available for a purchase of $58 and above.

There is an $5 surcharge for special location delivery.

Special locations include: CBD area, Tuas, Sentosa

Do you charge for express delivery (within 48 hours)?

Yes, there is a $10 charge for express delivery. There will be an additional $5 charge for special locations.

What should I do if I need to change my delivery date and time?

Please contact us and provide us your order confirmation number.

Changes with regards to your delivery must be made at least 2 business days prior to your delivery date.

What happens when there is no one home to receive order?

We will schedule another delivery. However there will be additional delivery charges in the case of a third delivery.

Returns/Exchange/Refunds

Any cancellation or changes with regards to your order must be made within 48 hours of your date of purchase.

We appreciate that all customer (or third party representing you) check the completeness of their order when delivered. We are unable to exchange, return or refund once order had been received when delivered.

Should you have any dissatisfaction with regards to your order, you may whatsapp 90688178 or email sales@scoopz.com.sg to discuss.

For food safety reason, should there be any fault with regards to your order, exchange, return or refund is only available within 3 days from the date your items are delivered.
